My experience was too tier today. The machine was not sending the tube up and the nice man came out twice to make sure he was able to help me. Thank you so much.
This is ridiculous that I have to take time out of my life to explain how I was treated at a bank we have trusted for almost 10 years. The level of “this is what we’ve always done” mentality I experienced today was truly unacceptable.
