These card changes!!!! Why????? This has been nothing but a GIANT PITA for me. I have had to go to the bank multiple times (on my third trip today). Can't pay my bills because the cards are screwed up. Trying to figure out what is on autodraft. So frustrating and annoying and a huge waste of my time. I don't know who benefited from the card change, but it was definitely NOT the customers. While a particular V.P. was there, I received quality service. He was promoted, two banking officers seem lacking in their duties. When withdrawing cash, I was refused the funds unless I waited for a security guard to walk me to my car—15’ from the front door. I reduce my review to a single star. October 2025
