Called in to talk about a physicians loan. The man would not even give me the rates at first because he thought I was talking about a year from now rather than next month to close on my house. Not good customer service was condescending. Will not proceed with a mortgage lender here
We needed 4 banks to wire money for a closing. Three did so. Bank of Texas wouldn’t even give us our own money when we needed it. Avoid.
I went in today to drop off deposit for my job. It is usually quick and easy, but today was different. The teller said she had 10 deposits she had to do so I might as well have a seat. The other teller was helping someone open a new account. Seemed like the teller that told me to wait was angry that she had so much to do. I waited for about 5 minutes and then I just left.
