Completely unprofessional and nearly costed us our home. Went to Gene Zink for our mortgage loan. Very straightforward, good credit, military and civilian career incomes. He was impolite on our first encounter then ignored calls and emails once we closed on our home and needed him. Never secured our rate, passed off our realtor to his assistant, ignored the title officer. He then said he would have to put a rush on everything and charge extra.
