The lady at the window was very rude the last time I was at this location. Had my cash neatly organized and rubber banded for a deposit. She was “trying” to tell me how to bring cash in and making me feel like I inconvenienced her when I didn’t need her feedback at all, especially since I’ve deposited cash this same way before. Didn’t feel as informative as she was trying to be and just overall rude and judgmental.
Very helpful and knowledgeable about financial planning
I was running late today. I called this bridge and they say they will wait until I come because the weather is very bad and it’s just amazing with these people at this branch. I advised anybody to bank with bank of Texas.
