This is absolutely the worst banking experience I have ever had - staff are incompetent and systems are faulty and not secure.

SAVING YOU THE TROUBLE. DO NOT BANK HERE, ESPECIALLY OF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER. BARELY GOT A CHNACE TO ACTIVATE MY CARD AND THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT ONE DAY AFTER THE NOTICE WAS SENT. LITERALLY JUST OPENED THE ACCOUNT. YOUR MONIES WILL BE LOST. AND STAFF IS HORRIBLE. I WISH I NEVER BANKED HERE.
I drove 45 minutes to this location to start a business account. I had to make an appointment because they were "under staffed". No problem. I set the appointment and explained there was 3 partners for the business and one of them isn't in Texas yet. I asked if we could start the account with two of us and have the other one join the account in a couple months when he gets here. She clearly stated "Yes, that won't be a problem."
