Had a very pleasant and nice experience with Daniel at the drive thru processed my transaction quickly.
I have been banking with this institution for over 10 years and have generally had a positive experience. However, during a recent visit, I felt uncomfortable with how a routine transaction was handled. I was in the drive-thru making a withdrawal of $65 and provided both my valid driver's license and bank card. Very hostile, the manager interrupted my interaction with the teller, inserting herself unnecessarily. I was making $150 deposit of a check to an account I didn't sign on. Never had a problem with depositing before, weird.
