I own a small business in Kingsport and use the Center Street location. I can not say enough good things about their customer service. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I'm glad I chose them for my banking needs.

I have banked with the Bank of Tennessee for years now. I had my insurance pull of $400 out of my bank account when I tried to stop payment. Apparently the payment still processed and came out of my account and I was unaware that it still had went through. That being said I had been using my debit card normally like I would any where else. Not to mention that I have only had to use the overdraft protection possibly 2-3 times that I have been with Bank of Tennessee over the past 5 years or longer that I have banked with them.... read more
"I am very unhappy with Bank of Tennessee and how they handle my account. I waited three days for my transactions to clear and thought everything had finally settled. On Monday, it looked like there were no more pending transactions, so I felt safe paying my Netflix bill. The next day, I discovered I was -$5.02. I had to take my young daughter out early in the morning, transfer $5 from another account, and go to the bank with just quarters to cover the negative balance.
