“Your position in the queue is 1” This is all I’ve been listening to for the last half hour on their annoying answering machine. Happy to hold just to close this damn account. Last time I’ll be banking with these people.
Great customer service
Do not waste your time with this bank. Absolute rubbish bank, their systems and procedures well below par. Poor service through call centre, back of house a lot to do with one star rating. Get things in order all close it all up, like you have closed your branches.
The worst bank that exist, I had unauthorised transaction on my account, initially asked me to wait for 30 business days and no updates and emails, every time I call they have no updates and the employee have no idea about the banking and now they are asking me to wait for another 93 business that’s ridiculous, avoid this bank because they won’t take responsibility of your hard working money
