Gina and the staff at the Mile End branch are amazing and the only reason I could think to give any stars. They deserve 5. The bank itself: unless you are a retiree with little to do and few bills to pay: do not use. They are awkward, old fashioned and not user friendly. Businesses need to steer clear.

Excellent mortgage rates, very easy to transfer loan from Bankwest to BoS. I've always contacted Andrew Ladas direct (manager at the Adelaide branch) and whenever I have asked for a rate discount, Andrew has always reciprocated.
