unreliable incompetent unprofessional
Worst branch by far in my lifetime. There's only 2 staff working there and they're working on their computer. No acknowledgement that I'm even there. I pick up a phone call, 5 minutes later I go back to the counter. 5 minutes later still no acknowledgement. I call out, can I get some service, after 3 call outs they answer back. They're literally 2 metres away. She tells me she's got problems with a customer on the phone. I answer, there's 2 of you. Aren't I a potential customer?!
