teller was very rude, I closed my cking account but they still allow a debt to receive money from the account causing my account to be minus (even tho it was closed) and charged my account $39.00 every 3 days I DONOT recommend to use this back shady company :-(

Not really happy they said they reset my password but yet I cant get in and they dont even tell me what my tax code is to finish resetting it .is Friday and they are closed I doubt that department is open on Saturday so I guess I cant pay my bills since I cant look at balance.that and they are very inconsistent about asking information.

Really gone down hill since VP left last summer. Deny everything. And won't even approve secured credit cards.
