Been using this bank for 6 years never an issues. Me and my dad run a company, He is primary user and I am a verified user as well. The primary person called and verified that I would be withdrawing cash, drove 30 min to bank and the teller proceeds to give me an suspicious eye like I haven’t been at that bank 40 times this year. Tellers proceed to call the company number which again rings at my phone(since I am the manager). Highly recomend this bank, the staff is very nice and personable. Stephanie makes me feel very welcome andcalls me by my name when she sees me, making my day a little better.
I don’t usually write reviews, but today I felt it was very necessary. I was having such a bad day and had to go into the bank to cash my paycheck and every time I go into this bank, I see the most friendly face. Stephanie is always welcoming and kind and makes banking so easy for me especially if I have a bad day. It is so rare to meet people that are genuinely just joyful people, but Stephanie definitely is.
