I've been banking here for years! Several convenient locations in Stockton & surrounding towns! Everyone there is very friendly & helpful!
If I could give no stars I would. I have been banking here for over 9 years, and never had an issue. Sadly that has changed. Staff members are not the same as when I first started banking here. It seems as though every time I step foot in the bank there are new employees. That in itself speaks volumes. Bank of Stockton must be struggling to find quality employees. They have most certainly gone down hill. I used to trust my financial institution and now I definitely do not. They don't put the customers first at all anymore. R... read more
