Good bank. Very poor customer service from Andrea. Rude and impatient. Seemed like I was bothering her with my questions. Treat your customers with the highest respect and kindness. We are the reason you have a job.

Is by far the best banker I have encountered in my 63 years of life love love love her she made opening account at Stockton's finest institutions and absolute easy breezy process after living in Stockton for 40-plus years I finally come home to a bank I feel will take care of me
Friday after 5. Not busy. No non account fees like the big trash banks. Beautiful clean building and lobby. Fantastic friendly service. What's not to like.
