When I first banked with Bank of Stockton I didn’t have the best experience. I ended up opening my account in Tracy where Anthony manages.There are a couple Vanessas that work there. However, Vanessa Abott has made my experience at the Brentwood branch so much better! My husband and I always get a smile and our questions answered! I deal with a small local bank in Brentwood, the Bank of Stockton. They are sometimes “old school”business-wise, and some of their technology isn’t as advanced as the big banks. That said, I never have to drop into the phone “black hole” (Press 1 for the next set of options) when trying to call my branch - someone answers the phone, always.
