Recently moved back to the area my employers checks are from this bank, every time I go to cash a check they tear me like I’m a criminal sneak off and look over their shoulder as they call my employer to verify I received the check and to cash they charge you $5 per check, so they treat you like a thief and then steal from you All the employees are miserable no eye contact monotone if they charge to cash their own checks why would I want to open an account there I wouldn’t and neither should you
I had an incident happen back in 2017 it was a mistake. I’m gonna tell people not to bank thru you guys since you don’t wanna give me another chance. All over a incident they happened 7 years ago
Its a great Bank, Pete S always helping us for business purposes. I tried to helping my son to opening new checking and saving account at Cefcu, but unfortunately Cefcu employees and manager doesn’t have enough knowledge (they do just like robots) not Humans.
