What a pleasure to do banking here. Never have I experience the customer service at a bank, like I have here.
The worst bank in the Coachella Valley! Please do not do business with this bank. This is my second time coming here to cash my work check and the staff is so inefficient at checking payroll checks vs. Written checks. It may be because I'm a person of color because my check was not over 3k dollars. Please do not do business here unless you have time to lose and don't mind snails working for you.
