My account got cancelled because it was overdrawn for a few days. I went inside and the lady didn't tell me I needed to reinstate my debit card as well, so she let me walk thinking my account was resolved. When I realized my card wasn't working I called and got the same lady, who was very rude and quick to point out it was my fault I didn't answer their phone calls and started arguing with me rather than telling me how I can get my money out. Two times she had an opportunity to be nice and assist me and she failed both times... read more
