I am deeply disappointed with the Bank of South Texas regarding their handling of a construction loan for a fourplex project. The bank initially approved funding for the project but has since refused to disburse the remaining funds needed to complete it. This has caused construction to halt, increased costs, and significant financial strain. Well..here is a first my followers. It takes quite a bit to get me to write something not so much on the up and up. First off, I simply needed a debit card reissued and the Pharr, Texas branch lobby was closed in Lieu of office cleaners, carpet installers, etc.. who cleans their offices during lobby business hours? I was turned away. I went to the Nolana Ave location and waited 45 minutes. The banker there had telephone help to get my debit card reissued. Once I explained what I needed, it took 10 minutes. The worst bank ever All the time they issue a new debit card it never works today I had to go through an embarrassment at the store in the morning and at night because it never works no #to call no help I hate this bank
