Staffed by rude confrontational staff especially one named Criag Milton. Better to go to RBS next door
Changed everything. 5min coin change, now 50mins with the "new" system I.E massive line with only one staff

This is a Royal Bank of Scotland, not a Bank of Scotland, please fix the name
This branch has two accesses and if a customer is not able to use either staff will accommodate further. Great customer service however sometimes there can be cues.
