Rude bunch
This bank is impossible to deal with. Nothing is easy either over the phone or online. Not to mention the app crashes every 15 seconds
30mins for a simple deposit cause there was only one cashier available
I don't tend to write negatively on reviews but this series of circumstances are undeniably... Strange. 1) interogated rudely in Ques and was even pressed to say how much I had in my pocket to the point I tell the assistant she was being impertinent. You just don't do that. 2) being pushed into other things when stated I'm a tad unwell and need one question answered.
