I've done banking as EPOA for my mum. I've even closed one of her accounts at this branch. But today, the manager in this branch didn't want me to be able to do that anymore and wasted 2 hours of time. I went to a different branch and got what I wanted done immediately.

Drove a long way to open a daily account here. Disappointed no one could help me, as I was having trouble online verifying my ID and It's only 2:30pm. Nevertheless, walked myself over to Heritage Bank. Very professional and happy with their service, literally took 10mins. Would recommend to anyone.
