Why can't we leave zero stars? This bank took over Cornerstone and it has been absolutely DREADFUL. They cancelled our 70 BillPay accounts and each one has to be set up from scratch. We cannot send BillPay from our business accounts, which means we have missed paying some of our vendors. And time after time their branch and their so-called customer service department says they'll call back, but don't.
