BOPV is an amazing bank. Always incredibly helpful and responsive. Big bank service with small bank family feeling. Love it and have been with them for years. Whether transferring money, forgetting my passcode, buying a house, buying land abroad, they always come through. In particular Ashley is amazing. This bank, aside from providing the personalized banking services of yesteryear, has by far the best customer service of any organization I deal with. They go the extra mile, always with a cheerful, "can-do" attitude. Anyone you contact there will impress, although I can say that Ashley is particularly good and helpful. Thanks to you all!

I don’t know where to begin but when we first moved to the area we were seeking a local bank with a good reputation. Choosing Bank of Prairie Village was one of our best decisions! I've been banking at Bank of PV for years and it's the best bank I've ever been with. The customer service is unparalleled and the best of any bank I've ever worked with. Ashley and Kristin on the accounts side are amazing to work with and are always there to help with anything I need.
