Everyone is so friendly there and down to earth. The CEO, Dan Bolen, is an incredible person with a lot of integrity. Everyone there is phenomenal!!! This is the best bank in the metro area!
Bank of PV is the Best! I have been banking with them for almost 11 years for my business. They are unlike any other bank in that you truly feel like you are banking with friendly neighbors. And it is such a beautiful and welcoming lobby. But the most important difference is that each of their employees have been extremely efficient (quick) in responding to banking requests. Excellent customer service with urgency and friendliness make it a pleasure to bank with Bank of Prairie Village.

If I could give 6 stars for the Bank of Prairie Village, their staff, and concierge service I would. There is always a friendly face to greet in person or voice to answer the phone. BOPV is an amazing bank. Always incredibly helpful and responsive. Big bank service with small bank family feeling. Love it and have been with them for years. Whether transferring money, forgetting my passcode, buying a house, buying land abroad, they always come through. In particular Ashley is amazing.
