If I could give 6 stars for the Bank of Prairie Village, their staff, and concierge service I would. There is always a friendly face to greet in person or voice to answer the phone. If you are thinking about banking anywhere else, please take my advice from experience, and give Bank of Prairie Village an opportunity to serve your every banking needs!
BOPV is an amazing bank. Always incredibly helpful and responsive. Big bank service with small bank family feeling. Love it and have been with them for years. Whether transferring money, forgetting my passcode, buying a house, buying land abroad, they always come through. In particular Ashley is amazing. This bank, aside from providing the personalized banking services of yesteryear, has by far the best customer service of any organization I deal with. They go the extra mile, always with a cheerful, "can-do" attitude. Anyone you contact there will impress, although I can say that Ashley is particularly good and helpful. Thanks to you all!

I don’t know where to begin but when we first moved to the area we were seeking a local bank with a good reputation. Choosing Bank of Prairie Village was one of our best decisions! They are professional, courteous, respectful and caring. They go above and beyond in their service to their customers.
