I have banked here for my entire life. Recently experienced identity theft and the bank fraud supervisor, Operations supervisor and entire executive team dismissed make claim and did nothing to help. Their complete lack of empathy and support of a life long customer is shocking and scary. This bank does not stand with their customers so be very careful of trusting their systems and service. Sadly, I will be getting an attorney to help fight on my behalf and will be leaving the bank for good.
