HORRIBLE customer service. I do not bank here and I’m so thankful I don’t. Their service is the perfect example as to what the difference between a bank a credit union is. Meaning, bank customer service is horrible compared to a credit union. All I was trying to do was cash 2 checks. It took 15 minutes of waiting just for them to tell me that I needed to put my phone number on both checks next to my signature. I opened an account here because I was tired of getting screwed by the big corporate banks. Turns out, these guys screw you just the same: sleazy fees and disrespect from the teller who's muffling through his mask. Ended up paying a fee just to leave and go back to Chase. At least Chase has the convenience of the app, mobile deposits etc, and they don't pretend like they're some small local mom&pop establishment
