We have had issues with this small bank since day one. At first we were willing to overlook some of the sexism they displayed when opening our account because we wanted a “small town” feel and thought we would be treated as family and not just a number but they proved that to be very wrong. This bank will not assist with fraudulent activity on your account, they will not overlook or have any exceptions for you. Worst bank we have ever had. Will be switching back to a bigger bank. They are unable to assist with an actual fraud/scam on accounts. I’m not sure if they don’t know how or if they are lazy or if they truly just don’t want to help small families. Banker beware.
I do not recommend this bank to anyone. We switch to bank of old Monroe several years ago and were immediately unsatisfied. We decided to wait it out and see if it got any better. Unfortunately it only got worse. This bank is incompetent and unable to assist in investigations relating to frauds or scams on your account. Maybe they don’t have the resources required for such tasks? You are better protected at a lager institution.
Lost my paycheck twice in night deposit box
I always have a good time at the bank they always make you feel at home. I wish I had all that money at home.
