Very nice and friendly people. Horrible bank. Their BillPay service seems to be able to pay no one electronically. They mail checks to everyone including the big boys like Bank of America or Chase. 3 out of 5 BillPay items my last month with Bank of Okolona were delivered 5-7 days AFTER the guaranteed delivery date. A $1,932.65 check caused a 21 cent overdraft. YES, they charged a $36 dollar fee for this 21 cent overdraft and did not refund it.
