I have made a visit to this bank 2 times in the last week.I asked about opening an account twice just to rushed out the door. They refuse to accept legal paperwork and do not really want to do anything. No wonder there is never anyone in there. They act like they are mad at the world. What they need to realize is they are bad for business and they can be replaced. They are just employees with bad attitudes! I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Terrible customer service. Rude teller.
The absolute worst customer service from any bank I have ever received. The tellers are rude, and extremely ineffective. They give an entirely new meaning to "small town"- with their unprofessionalism.
I've been a customer for 20 years. A few years ago I relocated and the nearest branch is in Eufaula. I'm not sure why they are always mad but everytime I have to go into the bank they act mad and definitely not very friendly. Because I have been a customer for so long I have dreaded looking for another bank but after my recent visit into the branch it has finally pushed me over the edge. I will be searching for another bank because there has to be a bank that appreciates their customers.
