The bank of Eufaula regularly allows my debit cards to get hacked and every time it happens, I have to visit them in person to attempt to get it corrected, confirmed, and managed .What they do is, a few weeks later, they pay the people off that hacked my account and several companies have done so and without warning, my bank account turns to disaster. We have been customers of BOK for 20+ years. We mostly use the Eufaula branch, but sometimes use Tulsa branches. But wherever we go we are treated with respect and extremely personalized service. I trust this bank with my money, and love my relationship with all the people at the Eufaula branch.
I have made a visit to this bank 2 times in the last week.I asked about opening an account twice just to rushed out the door. They refuse to accept legal paperwork and do not really want to do anything. No wonder there is never anyone in there. They act like they are mad at the world. What they need to realize is they are bad for business and they can be replaced. They are just employees with bad attitudes! I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
