The same lady is always rude to me every time I come. She has black hair and looks like she may be Asian? She hung up on me in the drive thru. Now yall have an outage and I can't access my money and there's no eta on it. She just said sorry we don't know and hung up and I was talking to myself before I looked up realized she disconnected on the monitor. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. It's a pleasure doing business with them.
Extremely poor customer service. This is not the bank to use if you need to get things done. Their staff is very unhelpful. I simply wanted to repair my house after having a tornado hit it and they have made the entire situation worse. One teller said one thing to me and then said another thing to the person handling my account I then had to correct this person after the teller flat out lied. Bartlesville Location has been amazing. My first interaction with a young lady was not pleasant, but Kolton Stark stepped in to assist and he was absolutely STELLAR with me and my kids all 3 visits this past week. THANK YOU BOK AND KOLTON
