If I could give negative stars , I would , this is the worst bank in town , a customer wrote me a check through bank of Oklahoma, I take it there to cash it and they tell me that either I have to open a bank account with them or pay a fee to cash check that was written against their bank. Absolutely terrible. The only bank in town that charges you to cast a check\n Written against them? I wouldn't use that bank. If I was you, people They're desperate for money
They don't answer the phone
I’ve been using this bank for years now and never had so much trouble using my account. The call line isn’t helpful as some woman told me I’m in the wrong for having my fiancé answer a question since I been up since 5am very unprofessional. Her name was Debbie very unprofessional and rude person will be closing my account soon.
I’m a new customer and right now I deeply regret choosing this bank!!!!! Horrible experience doesn’t cover it!! Rude customer service and they are holding my first deposit for 5 days!!!!!! Take my advice and find a different bank
The same lady is always rude to me every time I come. She has black hair and looks like she may be Asian? She hung up on me in the drive thru. Now yall have an outage and I can't access my money and there's no eta on it. She just said sorry we don't know and hung up and I was talking to myself before I looked up realized she disconnected on the monitor.
