I’ve been using this bank for years now and never had so much trouble using my account. The call line isn’t helpful as some woman told me I’m in the wrong for having my fiancé answer a question since I been up since 5am very unprofessional. Her name was Debbie very unprofessional and rude person will be closing my account soon.
I’m a new customer and right now I deeply regret choosing this bank!!!!! Horrible experience doesn’t cover it!! Rude customer service and they are holding my first deposit for 5 days!!!!!! Take my advice and find a different bank
The same lady is always rude to me every time I come. She has black hair and looks like she may be Asian? She hung up on me in the drive thru. Now yall have an outage and I can't access my money and there's no eta on it. She just said sorry we don't know and hung up and I was talking to myself before I looked up realized she disconnected on the monitor. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. It's a pleasure doing business with them.
Extremely poor customer service. This is not the bank to use if you need to get things done. Their staff is very unhelpful. I simply wanted to repair my house after having a tornado hit it and they have made the entire situation worse. One teller said one thing to me and then said another thing to the person handling my account I then had to correct this person after the teller flat out lied.
