I don't recommend the app or opening a bank account with Bank Of Oklahoma. They will hold your funds for over a week on your first deposit, so if you have bills to pay be prepaid to behind or evicted because they will not lift the hold for any reason. They do not care about their customers. I recommend using something along the lines of Chime. For the first deposit I had instant access to the funds. I've been a customer of BOK for over 25 years. The customer service is almost always horrible in the drive-thru. I applied, online, for an home equity loan on Oct 3, 2021, but forgot to add some financial documentation. So, I reached out to Malinda, who was assisting me, and she informed me that someone would contact me if I was approved, as if I was bothering her. My husband suddenly died choked to death right in front of me and he died deeply in debt. Every single one of his creditors with the exception of Bank of Oklahoma understood the law states if I am an authorized user only I am not responsible for that debt not in the state I’m not. Bank of Oklahoma illegally closed his account and re-opened it by name without my knowledge or consent. What kinda bank doesn't allow someone to come in and make change. Stupid rule. Just an fyi for anyone who needs change. Don't go to there if you don't have an account. No account then they don't help you at all. Not even change.

I was called on 11/10 and informed my account was closed, with no notice. 6 months prior to this call my husband had mistakenly canceled a transfer from a bank account that was set up for transfers via the Bank of Oklahoma application. I had made a call to customer service earlier in the week to tell them I had issues with making transfers.
