I have several accounts here, been with them for decades. But i'm getting really sick and tired of the Yukon branch just refusing to answer their phone. I called back 3 times, and someone finally answered and just HUNG UP ON ME! THIS IS CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I'M SICK OF IT! NO excuses, they've got plenty of people in the bank to take a phone call!
