They’ve made so many mistakes over the years and now it’s hard to get a hold of a person going to switch banks do not recommend
I have been trying to send money to my niece via Zelle for about a month now. The transactions keep failing even though the Zelle account shows that the money has left from my account. Since she is in trouble after her husband left her, she needs it as soon as I send it, and this continually having to resubmit it since the bank says they can't accept it is truly infuriating!
Horrible service been in the drive through with no help. After several times of reaching them only thing I was told will be with you in a moment, seems like this location is very low staffed. I do not recommend this location if you are trying to get in and out good luck you will most likely be here for 20 to 30 minutes to make a simple deposit at the drive-through like my case.
