Horrible service been in the drive through with no help. After several times of reaching them only thing I was told will be with you in a moment, seems like this location is very low staffed. I do not recommend this location if you are trying to get in and out good luck you will most likely be here for 20 to 30 minutes to make a simple deposit at the drive-through like my case.
This branch is truly the best. Especially Kevin P. and Kelsey. They always take excellent care of my wife and I.
Unclear communication during transactions lean to unwanted fee
I tried to cash a check from this “bank” this Saturday. It was a two signature verification check, the check originated at this bank and I had valid ID. After waiting 20 min I am told I need to come back. I arrive again today and had to wait 25 minutes for the same song and dance. Again I am told to come back another time. WT actual F is happening at this “bank” FYI my bank cashed the check fine with no issues
