Unclear communication during transactions lean to unwanted fee
I tried to cash a check from this “bank” this Saturday. It was a two signature verification check, the check originated at this bank and I had valid ID. After waiting 20 min I am told I need to come back. I arrive again today and had to wait 25 minutes for the same song and dance. Again I am told to come back another time. WT actual F is happening at this “bank” FYI my bank cashed the check fine with no issues
BOK has been my bank since it was Sooner Federal Credit Union. I really loved the fact that the voice of my transaction was from upper class England. Being English by birth, that reminded me of my Mum
