I can't get anyone to answer the phone, 24 hour service is not 24 hours and I've waited on hold 3 times for 30 minutes for being disconnected from actual bank location!
My job uses this bank and so do I and even though we both have the same bank for some reason Bank of Oklahoma will not release my check until the exact day when other employees get theirs a day early so I will be switching banks there's no reason why anything should be pending when we both have the same bank it's as simple as pushing a button
