Great CS friendly people. Love this bank!
This is the slowest branch. They don’t speak when you walk in. I went in today there’s a young lady that appears to be training. Once I got passed the odd cosmetic work done to her lips that looks painful, you had to listen to her chewing and popping her gum through her teeth. It’s close to my home but I’ll start driving to another branch for better service.
I’ve been a customer of this bank for years, but the way my dispute was handled today was extremely disappointing. A third‑party processor (Clover) took $450 from my account without authorization. I reported it to the bank immediately, well within the required 24‑hour window. I was told multiple times that the funds would be returned the same day. They made it extremely difficult to cash a check made out from The Bank Of Oklahoma to Me! Since when do you need two IDs to cash a check? Horrible place to do business and a horrible place to cash there own check.
