I’m recently new to BOK and as I was getting everything setup, I had several questions and issues. I went to this specific location and was helped out tremendously by Brady Osborn. So, I wanted to get on here and give him a shoutout for being so helpful. Wish him luck in his career and future.
Until now I have had good positive interactions with BOK. However today I needed to make a large withdrawal to pay my roofing contractor. While I was at the branch I was asked why I was making such a large withdrawal and I complied with the request. But while I was eating dinner with my family, I received a call asking for more private information to whick I denied answering. Why does bok need to know why I'm withdrawaling my money.
