If you’re a small business owner I would recommend looking else where. Unfortunately it’s nearly impossible to build a relationship with anyone at BOK. They are constantly having new faces. In my opinion they look at customers as just a number. My review is based on BOK as a whole, and , we have several banks we use and BOK is by far the worst. That being said Rachel and Dedi have been amazing. (I’ve never met them but they were great on the phone)
I have had excellent experiences with BOK; primarily the Jenks branch; but also with Delaware Ave. in Jenks I am regularly greeted by name from Hunter Couch. Although I usually only visit about once a month; he remembers me. I am very impressed with him. Other tellers have been great as well. I started banking at Sand Springs about 50 years ago. 7 digit account number. Moved to Jenks 4 years ago…
Best BOK branch I’ve been to, everyone is super nice. Leah was great opening my account, lovely bunch of people.
Banker with the curly brown hair is very very condescending. Gives off vibes like he wears the same shirt everyday without washing -_-
