I've been with the Bank of Odessa for many years now and just love all the people there.
This financial institution will not honor a CD that was bought and paid for at this location. They claim they don't keep records over 7 years. We have the CD in hand so if they don't have record of it we do. We will now file an official complaint with the FDIC and several other agencies.
