Bank of North Dakota prefers to deal with large government agencies and businesses. Small personal accounts are just a nuisance to them. And of course they are a state-owned bank so customer service is not a priority. Also no ATM or drive-thru.
Now with a state backed crypto scheme, this bank is an embarrassment.
Anyone else getting harassing phone calls from a Mary Kraft ? She has contacted me and other third parties associated with the primary loan holder.
Don’t be lured in by lower interest rates especially if you’re going to a ND University. Like many others have said in their reviews, BND will do zero due diligence on their part to inform their customers of account changes or late/returned payments. They will happily report your account as delinquent when they fail to process your payments without telling you. They are very predatory in this aspect, bank with literally anyone else.
