Does not exist any longer. Was bought by another bank by the name of pinnacle. This new bank is NOT local, and is based out of Nashville Tennessee. The new banks customer service is somewhat lacking and seems like they couldn't really care less about their newly acquired customers. To clarify the corporate customer service to be specific.
