I barely ever go to this bank but was in the area and decided to visit, the drive thru ATM took hundreds of dollars from me in Cash and kept thinking for 2 whole minutes and failed to deposit it into my account showing an error message. I had to call customer service and open a case. Will not be returning.

The building got renovated and so should the employees. Lack of effort and customer service. Your employees are why you are losing business.
