I really like their Zelle and bill pay. Courteous tellers fast service generally
Asked for assistance to cash a check and the man I asked for help showed attitude and was extremely rude the entire time. didn’t catch his name but he was a white man with a blonde pony tail. didn’t wanna go through the trouble of cashing the check either. so ridiculous.
Going to start of by first giving Chase a message on how much of a joke this branch is to everyone and how bad it makes them look. Each and every staff needs to be retrained on professionalism. However this review is in specific to the male teller with long hair that has no professionalism in his tone of words. On December 31st, around 2 pm. I made a deposit at the self-service ATM. The machine kept my money and gave me some receipts, but the transaction was never reflected in my account. I went into the branch, obviously nervous, because it was my money that had disappeared.
