The building got renovated and so should the employees. Lack of effort and customer service. Your employees are why you are losing business.
One of the best experiences i had with bankers . LEV shuman really knows what he is doing . Helpful and very wise. Highly recommend this location and Lev as your banker.
Worst experience avoid this location. Whoever hires needs to do a better job. Never would I think I would be treated with such rudeness. The lady literally walked up away from me because they were closing. Who walks away from a client? She had no idea what she was doing. I had to call customer service while I was there myself because of the lack of knowledge. Makes me want to leave chase. The best girl here left recently…. Good for her
