I have banked at this branch since 2015. I’ve never had a negative experience. Everyone I’ve encountered has been knowledgeable and professional and generous with their time. And it’s nice to be recognized by name when you walk in the door. I especially appreciate their complimentary notary services and have accessed those services at least 20-30 times over the years. There atm are my card and with my id they refused to give it back to me . They said because they don’t know the reason. I’m like it’s my property .. you can’t hold it . So I called me bank and they said it was up to them which means they purposely held my card for no reason. With proper identification. I had to drive an hr out of my way to go to my bank and get a new card and it put me behind I. Work . Positives: Good online experience, friendly people, fast digital transfers. Negatives: Increases in fees, reducing competitiveness. I recently received notice that a personal checking account I used for transfers into/out of my business was going to get $6/monthly fees had I not significantly increased my activities on that one account, nevermind that I have other accounts with the Bank. $6 isn't much by itself but it really adds up when you combine it with all the fees various business (banks and otherwise) have tacked on i... read more
