Every time I am at this location it takes them at least 10 minutes to cash my check. I can’t imagine why that would be. Maybe employees need training. But that’s ridiculous.
Just another money grabbing institution.... with rude service
After being at this bank for 10 years, they have suddenly added fees for both statements as well as having a checking account. They have no options for long term customers, simply accept it or leave.
Probably the worst experience i've had at a bank... ever. The staff was rude and discriminatory, I immediately closed all my accounts and now work with another local bank. Highly suggest looking elsewhere for your banking needs :)
