Recently, my wife and I contacted the Bank of Nevada, Green Valley Branch in Henderson, NV to open an account under the umbrella of our Family Trust. My first conversation was with Jessica, Bank Teller, to obtain an appointment. My wife and I met with Carla McGhee, Banker, to establish the account. Ms. McGhee had great people skills and was very knowledgeable, efficient, and completed all necessary forms. Graciela Ward, Senior Branch Operations Manager, provided notary service. This branch and bank did not mail me my 1099 for my taxes this year. I had a CD for 3 months. I assume that because I did not renew it, they didn't care if I received it. THIS IS AN INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE MUST !! I had to pick my 1099 form up today. In order to get my taxes done! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH! THEY DONT CARE IF YOU GET YOUR FORMS! THEY WERE VERY RUDE, INCLUDING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AT CORPORATE!!
