Today February 9th, 2021 at 8:58 I drove through the drive threw and waited and waited. I rang the bell several different times, still waiting. I decided to call them at 9:05 to ask for a teller via telephone to inform them that they had a waiting customer at the window!!! I have been to this bank before in the past and had excellent service but today (including the teller) not so much!!! I get it.. we have our off days but to have a customer wait at the drive threw for 7 minutes before being waited on?!? Please help me unde... read more
