Rude and entitled snobs
They have terrible customer service and hours of operation. They do not return calls and they get snide when questioned about their terrible service which shows they are not going to change. . I would categorize them as entitled snobs. I have heard Ameris Bank is friendly and striving to excel at customer service. Bank there and enjoy life.
