Walked in to open business account acted like I had 3 heads ...couldn't do it with out Ashley didn't tell me when she was going to be available gave me paperwork that has nothing to do with current account policies worst service ever ...Ive got business accounts in bigger banks was going to try to give a smaller bank my business big mistake
Rude and entitled snobs
They have terrible customer service and hours of operation. They do not return calls and they get snide when questioned about their terrible service which shows they are not going to change. . I would categorize them as entitled snobs. I have heard Ameris Bank is friendly and striving to excel at customer service. Bank there and enjoy life.
