I have been with this bank for my entire life. The entire team is a wonderful group of people who are hardworking and honest. When you call the Bank of Millbrook, you get a human who picks up the phone, every time. They take care of any issues that come up expeditiously. I would recommend this bank to anyone.

This is a small hometown bank with a very local feel to it. Everyone there has always been very helpful to me in many ways. I'm not sure where the anger comes from in other posts, but I've never had a problem with their computers, and I don't use Zelle, Venmo, etc., and I maintain my account balances so that I do not need to use 'overdraft' or bounce checks. I simply enter the bank, deposit checks or withdraw cash, take my receipt and a lollipop, the teller smiles and says 'thank you and have a good day'. The end. No 'drama'... read more

Very easy to deal with opening new business or existing accounts, they make everything much easier than your larger corporate banks. Lilian is great to work with, she really does a great job, and goes above and beyond for the customer. Thank you.
