I attended yesterday to transfer some money for a house sale . The man I spoke to at the front desk was not very friendly , he did not smile and gave the impression it was a bit of a hassle . Not great customer service at all . I suggest some customer contact training for this employee .
very nice people and today was my brothers birthday and the lady very kindly gave him a penguin and he won’t ever let it go now, thank you to the lady that served me at like 10 something in the morning you have made my brothers day
