I have a two home mortgages and a 20k credit card with these clowns, you try and call to speak to a person and they cut the phone call off and send you to an ai chat bot. Terrible service
Freshly renovated and has all the bells and whistles of modern banking, was very quiet when I was there. Almost like their branch resources would be better served in the suburbs where BOM customers actually are.
