How on earth have you allowed a random stranger to withdraw money using only fake proof of age card and not verify that with a linked bank card. The signature does not even match. What racist and Wild West security is this. You need to immediately put in more authentication methods in person. This is insanity how this has happened not only at this branch but at the Westpac as well in the same spot.
This is not about NORTHLAND but Bank of Melbourne as an institution. When I first spoke to people at BoM, they were so nice! and for a couple of years I had a personal banker, I could ring to get help and advice. NOW no person will talk to me. I ring the robot that tells me to input my numbers, then choose an option, then it tells me to go to a chat.
