Not even a sign telling us where they have moved to. Where am i supposed to deposit my money for my loan into bank of melbourne now?!
Terrible customer service! I went in to open an account, they said I need to make an appointment so I did and showed up for my appointment early, the lady at the counter got my id and entered my info in their system while waiting for the banker to show up, I waited for another 25 min and the banker didn't bother coming out so I left. They have no respect for customer's time and obviously don't care if people bank with them or not. I suggest you don't waste your time with this specific branch.
